1. User Rights and Responsibilities

(7) Claim a relationship with or to speak for any business, association, institution or other organization for which you are not authorized to claim such a relationship;

In return for posting your ad, you agree that it is in compliance with our guidelines. We do not wish to censor or police the ads being posted here, however we may employ auto filters which automatically notify us by email when the guidelines below have been breached.

In order to prevent abuse by a few people and to keep the personal's comfortable and appropriate for our general audience, which includes people of all legal ages, races, religions, and nationalities, we reserve the right to edit and/or remove any ads in violation of our guidelines that are brought to our attention. All ads that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice.

Offenders may also attract an immediate ban from the site without notice for violation of any of these terms.

By posting a new ad here, you agree to the following terms:

I agree that I will be solely responsible for the Content of all ads that I post under this program and that I will indemnify www.australianrosie.com.au and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any ads that I post here.

By posting a new ad here, you further agree to the following guidelines:

1. You agree to be part of our personals mailing list which may be used for notifcation of site events and problems.

2. You shall not post fee seeking services, including website URLs in any section.

3. Members shall respect the requirements of other members and not reply to other members if their ad text specifically excludes a certain type of member from replying (e.g. age preferences etc.).

4. You shall not pursue another member for sexual deed or favour once they have made it clear they are not interested in your requests.

5. Users pretending to be a different gender will be banned without warning or refund!

6. You agree not to post professional ads or send unsolicited emails of any service to our members via the personals be it photography, video, sex work, swinging clubs or any format deemed to be professional or amateur work. Direct approaches for professional services will result in an permanent ban.

7. No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.

8. No ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of the state, province, or the country of domicile of www.australianrosie.com.au shall be allowed. Similarly, no ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of the state, or the country of domicile of the person posting the ad shall be allowed.

9. Any ad that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.

10. www.australianrosie.com.au reserves the ultimate discretion as to which ads, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

(a) You acknowledge that Content on www.australianrosie.com.au is generally provided by Xpress Media P/L, individual contributors of Content ("contributors"), third party licensees, and/or other Users. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that www.australianrosie.com.au has the right to monitor any Interactive Area, from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Interactive Area, or to protect itself or other Users. If notified of Content that is alleged not to conform to this Agreement, www.australianrosie.com.au may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the User to remove such Content. www.australianrosie.com.au reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication or Content within an Interactive Area, or to edit, refuse to post, or to remove any Content, in whole or in part, which it deems in its sole discretion to (i) violate the then-standard provisions of this Agreement or any other standard, written www.australianrosie.com.au policy in effect at that time, (ii) be harmful to the rights of any User, www.australianrosie.com.au, or other third parties, (iii) violate applicable law, or (iv) be otherwise objectionable.

4. Termination

The only right with respect to dissatisfaction with any policies, guidelines, or practices of www.australianrosie.com.au in operating www.australianrosie.com.au, or any change in Content, is for you to discontinue accessing www.australianrosie.com.au. . www.australianrosie.com.au may terminate or temporarily suspend your access to all or any part of www.australianrosie.com.au, without notice, for conduct that www.australianrosie.com.au believes is a violation of this Agreement or any policies or guidelines posted by www.australianrosie.com.au, or for other conduct which www.australianrosie.com.au believes, in it's sole discretion, is harmful to www.australianrosie.com.au or other Users. www.australianrosie.com.au may discontinue operating www.australianrosie.com.au and terminate this Agreement without notice at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access www.australianrosie.com.au, including the Interactive Areas, and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to Content downloaded from www.australianrosie.com.au, as well as the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this Agreement, shall survive.

5. Links; Disclaimers Of Warranties; Limitations of Liability

5.1 Links.

You understand that except for Content, products or services expressly available at www.australianrosie.com.au, neither www.australianrosie.com.au, its subsidiary and parent companies, or affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, controls, provides, or is responsible for any Content, goods or services available through sites on the Internet linked to or from the www.australianrosie.com.au. Under no circumstances shall www.australianrosie.com.au, it's subsidary and parent companies, or affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors, be liable to you or any other third party for any decision made or action taken by you in the reliance on the content contained within www.australianrosie.com.au or the content contained within any internet site linked to or from www.australianrosie.com.au. The content within www.australianrosie.com.au and the content within internet sites linked to or from www.australianrosie.com.au may include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. 6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold www.australianrosie.com.au, it's parent or subsidiary companies and their affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from breach of this Agreement, any other policy, your use or access of www.australianrosie.com.au or any Internet site linked to or from www.australianrosie.com.au, or in connection with the transmission of any Content on www.australianrosie.com.au.

7. Miscellaneous

This Agreement comprises the entire Agreement between www.australianrosie.com.au and you, and supersedes any prior Agreement's with respect to the subject matter herein. www.australianrosie.com.au may revise this Agreement or any other policy at any time and frequency, and such revision shall be effective two (2) days upon posting notice of such revision prominently on www.australianrosie.com.au.
